Thirty-year industry veteran with an early career in Europe building and leading a range of companies, effecting MBO on a portion thereof. Prior to immigrating to the United States in 1984, Mr. Arcaini spent over 10 years in various executive capacities with Robex International, a joint venture of three multinational Dutch public corporations (Royal Volker Stevin N.V., Royal Bijenkorf N.V., and the Westland Utrecht Bank N.V.), ultimately acquiring the company in a management buyout. Subsequently, he expanded its operations to 10 countries, including the United States. In 1984, he sold the company's European operations to a strategic buyer and immigrated with his family to the United States. Mr. Arcaini subsequently founded and later sold Strategic Planning Group, Inc., an economic and strategic planning, research, and international permitting firm.
In 1990, Mr. Arcaini, together with a group of European investors (primarily from The Netherlands), founded Environmental Capital Holdings, Inc. (ECH) a company engaged in the technology transfer from Europe to the US. Shortly thereafter, ECH acquired a Dutch engineering company (Duos Engineering B.V.) and subsequently formed Duos Engineering (USA), Inc. (now Duos Technologies, Inc.) as a fully owned subsidiary of ECH. In 2002, Duos Technologies spun off from ECH and under the leadership of Mr. Arcaini expanded into a broad-based technology company with special focus on homeland security. Aside from his role as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Arcaini has been the chief architect of the company's substantial technology developments, and is the primary or co-inventor of most technologies included in Duos' extensive IP library. He is signatory to 14 patents or patent pending applications. Mr. Arcaini completed his early education at a Jesuit Boarding school in Austria and in Germany, and graduated from the business school in Frankfurt, Germany. He is fluent in German, Dutch, Italian, Spanish and English.
Adrian G. Goldfarb

Mr. Goldfarb is a 30-year industry veteran including more than 20 years in information technology. He began his career with IBM as a financial specialist in an enterprise systems group focused on the IT solutions in the oil industry. Over a more than 33-year career span he has worked in marketing, operations and finance with both large and small organizations including 10 years with a subsidiary of Fujitsu both at headquarters and European operations. For most of the past 20 years he has specialized in new venture and early stage organizations. From 1998 until 2002 Mr. Goldfarb was Managing Director of WSI Europe, a division of the Weather Channel turning long time loss making divisions to profitability. From June 2002 to December 2007, Mr. Goldfarb served on the Board of Directors of MOWIS GmbH, an Austrian-based Weather Technology Media company. He also served as their interim Chief Financial Officer and led the management team in securing seed capital to fund growth. MOWIS was acquired as a strategic new media portal in 2007 by one of Europe's largest media groups. From February 2008 through October 2012 Mr. Goldfarb served as Chief Financial Officer of Ecosphere Technologies, Inc. where he was instrumental in guiding the Company through its growth from $0.3 million in annual revenues in 2008 to more than $21 million in annual revenues in 2011. Currently, Mr. Goldfarb serves as President and Chief Financial Officer of ISA. Mr. Goldfarb became a director ISA in April 2010 and in 2012 was appointed as an executive officer charged with rebuilding the company. Mr. Goldfarb also currently serves as a director of Gelstat Corporation, a small public company engaged in the development, manufacturing and marketing of homeopathic and natural supplements. Mr. Goldfarb has a degree in Finance from Rutgers University in Newark, NJ.

Noel A. Heiks

With a career spanning over twenty years in the technology space, Ms. Heiks’ has achieved numerous accomplishments as an entrepreneur and a C-Level executive in both operational and business development roles. Her impressive science, technology and engineering background are a valuable combination to effectively lead the Duos Technologies business development, engineering and operations teams. Ms. Heiks has a strong track record of translating complicated technology concepts to client solutions while remaining focused on commercialization. She has worked within multiple industry sectors including defense, government and commercial entities and has been instrumental in driving business growth through direct customer relations with large organizations. Ms. Heiks has successfully completed M&A transactions on both the buy and sell side. She has also bought and sold patent portfolios and has been involved in fund-raising, selling companies, and licensing technologies. Her mission is to drive disruptive technologies from theoretical research into practical applications for large, international markets. In addition, with a BS in Physics, an MS in Electrical Engineering with a thesis in Computer Vision from Virginia Tech, Ms. Heiks has the foundation for leadership as President and COO role for the company.
Wm. Scott Carns

Mr. Carns is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Engineering within the Intelligent Technologies Division. He has extensive experience in the information technology industry with an emphasis on intelligent video analytics and centralized command and control applications. Prior to joining Duos, Mr. Carns worked as the Information Technologies Coordinator for Environmental Capital Holdings, Inc. and was President of Software Solutions Group, Inc. He also served in the US Army and attended Kansas State University.
SVP, Chief Technology Officer | Duos Technologies, Inc. - Operating Subsidiary
With over 16 years of software engineering experience, David Ponevac has concentrated on web and mobile environments, where he has leveraged his considerable expertise in Objective-C, Java, C#, PHP and many other scripting languages. Mr. Ponevac began his tenure at Duos Technologies as the Director of Front-end Application Development, where his successes led to being appointed Chief Architect of centraco, the company's flagship customer facing software suite. David is a visionary with an eye for usability and interface design which he applies to all of Duos' software applications. Previously, he held the position of CTO at Luceon, LLC, which he co-founded, which contracted significant software developments for notable clients such as the NYC Department of Transportation, the German Department of Defense (Bundeswehr), the Slovak Ministry of Education, and numerous Fortune 500 companies such as FedEx, Time Warner, and Vanity Fair. David holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Texas.

Mr. Coschera was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of ISA, which merged with Duos Technologies in early 2015. Prior to forming ISA, Mr. Coschera held the position of Vice President with JPMorgan Chase ("JPMC"). His career at JPMC spanned 18 years rising from the position of Systems Engineer to Manager of Facilities and Hardware Planning for the Retail Banking Division. Mr. Coschera's responsibilities included facilities and hardware planning for several mega data and network operation centers. In addition, he managed the Planning and Implementation Group whose responsibilities included the planning, acquisition and deployment of the technology infrastructure throughout the bank's network spanning over more than 200 branches.
