NOTE 9 SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On October 12, 2020, the Company hired a new Chief Operating Officer for its wholly owned subsidiary, Duos Technologies, Inc. As an incentive to join the Company, the Company awarded 20,000, 5-Year stock options with a strike price of $4.18 and a fair value of $44,425 expensed over 24 months. |
